What's so great about the skill of listening? Our heads are a jumbled set of headphones, capturing every detail through the Jack connected to our ears. Listening is about gathering or acquiring knowledge, the ability to use this knowledge is intelligence.

Listening is paying attention and not about "not talking", its to give the time to understand what's been spoken. Listening can be interesting to develop visual ideas to communicate.

Listening is more powerful than speaking. Every action has to have a reaction. The next step after listening is to perform. To listen is to prepare for better, to listen is to get ready for more, to listen is about growth, to listen is an ongoing process.
